FPA Names New Leaders of Its Emerging Leadership Council
The Flexible Packaging Association (FPA) recently announced the leaders of its 2026 Emerging Leadership Council (ELC).
“The ELC is committed to cultivating a strong network of future leaders who will help shape the issues, opportunities, and long‑term advancement of the U.S. flexible packaging industry,” FPA said in a news release.
Alana Carr, inside sales and marketing manager for Hosokawa Alpine American, Inc., will continue to serve as co‑chair.
“The ELC continues to grow as a collaborative, forward-thinking group of leaders,” Carr says. “And I look forward to working alongside both new and returning members as we advance key initiatives that will strengthen the future of our industry,”
James Rosenberger, product manager, sustainable solutions for Charter Next Generation (CNG), will be the new co-chair.
“As we welcome a new group of talented professionals into the ELC, I’m energized by the passion and fresh perspectives they bring,” Rosenberger says. “We’re grateful for the members who have rolled off after contributing so much, and we’re ready to build on that foundation as we execute another impactful year of programs, including the Summer Internship Program, expanded site visits, and the FlexPack Crash Course at PACK EXPO International as major highlights.”
Kimberly Weiss, director of sales and marketing for Glenroy, Inc., has been named as the new vice‑chair of the ELC Advocacy Committee. Natalie Jardell, Flint Group Packaging Solutions, is the Advocacy Committee chair.
John England, territory manager, converter films for Berry Converter Films, has been appointed as the new vice‑chair of the ELC Education & Recruitment Committee. Patrick Clark, Bryce Corporation, is the ELC Education & Recruitment Committee chair.
